Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping fees will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase after processing days are complete. 
Processing 2-5 Business Days
Once the order is processed, the shipping process will begin. 
Shipping 3-4 Business Days
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ADDRESS. Items sent to an incorrect address will not be refunded. If an item is shipped back to me for an incorrect address, a reship fee of $5 will be applied. If you have provided an incorrect address, please email [email protected] to request a correction.
Processing days on International orders are 2-5 business days. Shipping may take up to 21 days.
RETURNS:
I DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. Zibu Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders once they are taken to the post office. If there are any issues with your order during transit, please contact the post office.
